here's a timeline for april 4th. add/change/delete! 9 (it ain't precious!)
1. during the museum's event that day, visitors are met by some representatives from the flushtopia travel agency, who give them fliers + coupons.
2. at X time, the travel agents push everyone outside to the cardboard travel agency, and there are bikes of all shapes and sizes waiting for everyone. and other wacky things with wheels. everyone rides a straight line to the lake. in front is the museum's big back suburban, flying flags of flushtopia
3. visitors arrive at that weird pavilion, and there's a few info billboards and the Embassator of flushtopia, who presents the keys to flushtopia
4. visitors get into boats and hit the water
5. visitors arrive at flushtopia ... and are presenting with 'blossoming' bits of info. interviews with kush et al, veggie dogs, dan servin' up whiskey and singing love songs about forgotten islands...
Hey everyone - notes from today......:
We had a good meeting after a day of getting materials from the rink, fixing the raft from last week and in the end getting cold.
We started out talking about the future - post islands project, and then we got back to focusing on the islands and april 4th - but somehow this might be more related than first imagined, if museums politics works out :-)
We are planing on getting invitation for april 4th, postcards, t/shirts?, and other "preparing/designing done this week!

We talked about doing a camp-over next weekend on the saturday the 22nd. It means that "something" have to be ready for hosting us - at least if we want it to be a cozy experience.
