who will annex these islands, and how can we encourage it?
might be a more open utopian vision than a presentation format....

what about a big poster / sign / ad ----> 'ANNEX THIS ISLAND' ?

- an official call for annexers
- a visit to some social centre
- providing tools for annexation (ladders, boat, rope, seeds, etc)
- conversations in the park
- starting rumors in communities that use the park
douglas paulson: we could also make an empty island ... and open it for annexation with a these techniques.
maybe we should make an 'annex kit' and leave it out by the water on a post.

-it sounds like that bikehouse/boathouse next door the lakes has welding equipment, and i think we're allowed to use it. /doug
